COO means “Country of Origin,” or the country where parts are manufactured or assembled. For example, if a product is completely manufactured in Vietnam, it is “COO Vietnam.” If a product has parts made in various countries such as Mexico, China and Philippines, but all of those components were assembled in Thailand to make up the final product, it is “COO Thailand.”
