I placed an order. Now what?

Our team will begin working to complete your order immediately. Here is what we are doing to ensure your parts arrive on time:

  • Payment: If you used a FusionPay account, our Finance team is reviewing your account to confirm there is enough credit to complete the transaction
  • Stock Check: Our warehouse staff is checking current inventory levels to confirm enough parts are available to complete your order. If more are needed our Purchasing team will work to secure more as quickly as possible. Any delays will be communicated to you
  • Quality Control: Every batch of parts we source undergoes a rigorous 21-point inspection process to ensure quality and compliance with the manufacturer’s intended fit, form and function. If any of these tests fail, we will work around the clock to find replacement parts that meet our high standards.
  • Shipping: Once parts have been approved by our Quality Control team they will be repacked and prepared for pickup by your requested delivery partner
