Why is my tracking not posted yet?

If you've received a notification stating that your order is ready to ship but cannot find tracking information, it's possible that your product is awaiting pickup by your chosen shipping partner, or the status update hasn't refreshed in our system yet. When available, your tracking numbers can be found on the invoices tab of the Orders section within your Account Dashboard.
