Why is my tracking not posted yet?

If your order is marked as ready to ship but tracking information is unavailable, it could be because your product is still awaiting pickup by the shipping partner, or the tracking status has not updated in our system yet.

Once available, tracking numbers can be found under the Invoices tab in the Orders section of your Account Dashboard.
